Digital solutions

SCHMIDHUBER designed Software AG’s stand in the B2B trade show area d!conomy as a spatial experience where visitors can try out digital solutions from various different areas of application.

From optimized environmental management that uses sensors in waste bins to send data to urban waste management, eliminating unnecessary journeys to collect bins that aren’t full, to the IoT showcase with a forklift truck: deliveries of goods are equipped with new intelligent sensors that not only track the shipment’s location, but also collect data throughout the entire delivery process on temperature fluctuations, moisture and vibration.

Slackline
Experience

Visitors can enjoy a more playful attraction at the Slackline Experience. Equipped with virtual reality goggles, visitors set off on a (digital?) rope walk between two icy peaks at a dizzying height. Everything is possible in the digital space – the line is the symbol that SCHMIDHUBER has woven in to the stand architecture: Everything is always connected, everywhere, and the lines all converge at Software AG.

This year’s CEBIT is re-imagining itself and focusing on open, interactive concepts.

A new open event format welcomes visitors inside and can also be experienced outside the exhibition hall: You can watch a live stream of events at the trade show on a screen in the city center of Hanover. Digital is the future – and for the IT industry, Hanover is a firm fixture on the calendar.
