With a visionary design and a firm sense of style, Kaldewei has for over 90 years set new standards in bathroom design. At the 550 sq. m. trade-fair appearance for Kaldewei were presented from March 12 to 16 impressive novelties and awarded product highlights from among their bathtubs and floor-level, enameled shower surfaces.
Journey through themes
The interior space translates the enterprise's pioneering spirit – to be always on the move and never stand still – into a journey. From luxurious Shanghai, design-oriented Milan, urban New York or contemplative Kyoto – in various theme worlds arranged according to product and target groups, the trade-fair booth captures the lifestyles of different metropolises and showcases them in the context of the products. Discreet opulence and noble purism are decisive for the Kaldewei style.
exciting glimpses
From the outside, the white cubic brand architecture seems puristic and reserved, while vertical and horizontal product showcases already grant exciting glimpses. The use of exceptional materials and attendance of associative design objects, each form a world of their own and turn products into narrators: Glimpses of lifestyles that cater to different needs and target groups and allow for the key style movements to be enjoyed as a journey of the senses.
Prominently at the center: The lounge
A generously spaced lounge is located prominently at the center of the booth and granting visitors a 360° panoramic view of all novelties and highlights. An 8.5-meter-long steel sculpture hovers above the lounge in weightless, wave-like geometries, embodying the process of enameling, the core competence of the company and brought to technical perfection by it. Various thematic exhibits are arranged circularly around the lounge.
