Going for gold with Audi in St. Moritz

In St. Moritz, high in the Swiss Alps, SCHMIDHUBER have created an Audi Lounge that offers athletes and visitors from all around the world at this year’s Alpine World Ski Championships a breathtaking location to chill out or cut loose.

On the ground floor is the heart of the lounge: the dramatically illuminated Golden Bar. There’s plenty of space to party here, and in the Whisky Bar next door, with its chocolate gold medals. The entire façade of the building is a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a spectacular view across the Alpine landscape with the Medal Plaza in the foreground, where the athletes are presented with their medals. Winners and spectators can begin their celebrations directly after the ceremony in the Audi Lounge, and enjoy food and drinks on two open floors and in a number of different bars. The two levels are visually linked by an oversized quattro logo – an homage to the 2013 Audi quattro Bar in Corviglia. The bar is open for two weeks for visitors to enjoy high-end hospitality with the best views in town.
